Accounts or 'myPortal' or 'myPortal Vendor'

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to update this information as necessary.

Marketplace Use

InterUptime operates as a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of clothing and shoes. We do not own or sell the products listed by third-party sellers. Any transaction made through our platform is strictly between the buyer and the seller. InterUptime is not liable for any disputes, issues, or claims arising from these transactions.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we do not store your credit card information. By using our Services, you agree to the payment terms set forth by Stripe and any additional fees associated with transactions on our platform.

Shipping rates and policies are determined by individual sellers. Buyers should review the seller’s shipping policy before completing a purchase. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are also managed by the seller according to their policies. InterUptime may assist in facilitating communication between buyers and sellers but does not take responsibility for fulfillment.

You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm our Services (except intellectual property), violate laws, or infringe on the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, posting false information, impersonating others, or using our Services for fraudulent purposes.

InterUptime is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to transactions, products, or third-party services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that could harm our platform or other users.
